Is Amigo's Honey raw and unfiltered?

Yes, all our honey is 100% raw and unfiltered. We never heat-treat or ultra-filter our products, ensuring that all natural enzymes, antioxidants, and pollen remain intact.

Why has my honey turned solid or crystallized?

Crystallization is a natural process and a sign of high-quality, raw honey. If you prefer it liquid, simply place the jar in a warm water bath (below 104°F/40°C) until it clears.

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Due to the food-based nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the seal is broken. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.

Is it safe to give honey to infants?

No, honey should not be consumed by infants under the age of one year due to the risk of botulism, as recommended by pediatricians and health organizations.
